Today Bill and I went to the Bandlier National Monument.

There are a lot of pictures on this page so it may take a while to load.

This is the start of the trail.
This is a Kiva, primarily used for religious activities the kiva also served as a place of education for boys and young men.
This is part of a Tyounyi, at least two and possibly three stories high in places, it held about 400 rooms and housed about 100 people. The rooms were used for cooking, sleeping, working and storage of dried crops.
This is a reconstructed Talus House.
This is an aerial view of the Tyounyi.

This is a side view of the reconstructed Talus House.
